"In Your Elements" Portraits
Real life is beautiful — especially the parts we often overlook. These sessions are designed to capture you, your family, or your relationship in your element: baking together, reading on the porch, playing music, or building something in the garage. It’s less about stiff poses, more about telling a story — your story — through a series of thoughtful, artistic images.
You’ll receive a gallery that reflects this season of your life: a blend of natural candids, expressive close-ups, and a few gently posed portraits. Whether you’re painting with your kids, snuggling the dog, or winding down with a good book, these are the moments that feel like home — and we’re here to help you remember them.
Expecting
There’s something powerful and reflective about this season, full of anticipation, and transformation. These sessions are about honoring that in-between space: the waiting, the wonder, the beauty of your changing body and the life you’re preparing to meet. Quiet and ethereal or vibrant and playful, we’ll create timeless images that celebrate your personality and your story.
These sessions can include just you, your partner, other children, pets... anyone who’s part of your journey into parenthood.
Newborn
Those early days with a newborn move in a blur! I've been there. I remember them well but also weirdly not much at all. Time feels strange. Sleep is a suggestion. And somehow, in the middle of it all, your whole world is changing.
These sessions are designed to quietly document the tenderness of that in-between space, the curl of tiny fingers, the peaceful stretches, the quiet closeness that only happens in those first days. Whether I’m meeting you at the hospital or capturing your baby’s earliest days at home, I’ll move gently and with care, always centering your baby’s comfort (and yours, too).
This isn’t about posing or perfection, it’s about preserving the fleeting, honest beauty of this chapter while it’s still unfolding.
Families & Couples
Families come in all shapes, sizes, and beautiful combinations. However yours looks, I’m here to help you capture what makes it you. Whether you're a party of two, a joyful multigenerational crew, or a beautifully chosen family, these sessions are about celebrating your connections, your rhythms, and the little moments that make your family shine.
We’ll laugh, play, maybe chase a toddler or two, and create a mix of candid and gently posed images that reflect the heart of your life together. However this season feels, chaotic, tender, hilarious, or all of the above, let’s make some memories you’ll be glad to hold onto.
Pets
Pets are family! They’re our couch cuddlers, trail companions, late-night comforters, and daily sources of joy. Bounding through the grass or curled up in their favorite spot, these sessions are all about honoring the role they play in your life.
We’ll capture their quirks, their energy, their sweetness, the way they look at you when you say their name, or tilt their head when they’re curious. We’ll create images that celebrate the happiness-makers you share your world with.
As a cat mom to two obscenely adorable British Shorthairs (exhibit A to our left here features one of them, Lestat), I get it! Some of our most meaningful bonds are the ones covered in fur.
My Process
1.BOOk scheduling request
Fill out the "Book Now" form to request a day and time for your service
2.finalize details
Once I approve your booking, we will go over specifics like location and desired vibe.
3.Picture time!
All you have to do is show up as yourself, and I'll do the rest!
4.Delivering photos
Within 5–7 days, you'll receive a link to a private gallery of unedited, high-resolution images from your session. From there, you’ll select your favorites for final editing. I’ll work a little magic, gently adjusting any lighting, and then, boom: the finished photos are yours to keep and love!
